chocolate chip cookies

you need:
1 cup + 1 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
100 grams soft butter
5 tablespoons white sugar
5 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
170 grams chocolate pieces

directions:
in a small bowl: combine flour and baking soda. set aside
in a large bowl: cream the butter with sugar. add the vanilla. beat in the egg. gradually ad the flour mixture. mix well. stir in chocolate pieces.
drop spoonfuls of butter onto a cookie sheet. bake at 190 c for 8-10 minutes
